Cancellation Policy

At Bostock Images, we understand that schedules can change. To provide the best service for all our clients, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policies in place: Individual Headshot Sessions *Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional charge. A new session date must be selected within 30 days of the original booking. *Cancellations: If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you may receive a refund minus a 25% non-refundable retainer or apply the full amount as credit toward a future session. *Last-Minute Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations within 48 hours of the session or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Corporate & Group Headshot Sessions *Rescheduling: If your company needs to reschedule, please provide at least 5 business days' notice to avoid fees. Rescheduling within 5 business days may incur a 25% rescheduling fee. Cancellations: *More than 5 business days' notice: Eligible for a refund minus a 25% non-refundable retainer or full credit toward a future session. *Less than 5 business days' notice: A 50% cancellation fee applies. *Same-day cancellations or no-shows result in full forfeiture of the session fee. Late Arrivals *Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or require rescheduling, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply. Weather or Emergency Situations *In cases of severe weather or emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule without penalty. By booking a session with Bostock Images, you agree to this policy.
