Service Description
Join us for a test photoshoot designed to experiment with lighting, posing, and creative techniques in a controlled environment. This session will allow us to refine our approach, test new equipment or setups, and build portfolio-worthy images. 📸 Purpose: Experiment with different lighting setups and techniques Test camera settings, backgrounds, and compositions Fine-tune posing and expressions Collaborate with models, makeup artists, and stylists (if applicable) 📍 Location: Bostock Images Studio 🗓 Date & Time: By Appointment Only 👥 Who’s Involved: Photographer + Talent 🎯 Goal: Capture high-quality images while refining techniques for future client work. This is a relaxed and collaborative session—perfect for trying new ideas without client pressure. If you're interested in participating, let us know!
Cancellation Policy
At Bostock Images, we understand that schedules can change. To provide the best service for all our clients, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policies in place: Individual Headshot Sessions *Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional charge. A new session date must be selected within 30 days of the original booking. *Cancellations: If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you may receive a refund minus a 25% non-refundable retainer or apply the full amount as credit toward a future session. *Last-Minute Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations within 48 hours of the session or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Corporate & Group Headshot Sessions *Rescheduling: If your company needs to reschedule, please provide at least 5 business days' notice to avoid fees. Rescheduling within 5 business days may incur a 25% rescheduling fee. Cancellations: *More than 5 business days' notice: Eligible for a refund minus a 25% non-refundable retainer or full credit toward a future session. *Less than 5 business days' notice: A 50% cancellation fee applies. *Same-day cancellations or no-shows result in full forfeiture of the session fee. Late Arrivals *Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or require rescheduling, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply. Weather or Emergency Situations *In cases of severe weather or emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule without penalty. By booking a session with Bostock Images, you agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to creating outstanding headshots for you!
