Consent to Photography and Use The Participant grants permission to Bostock Images to capture, edit, and use photographs and/or video recordings of them for commercial, promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, print materials, and advertising.
Rights and Ownership The Participant acknowledges that Bostock Images holds full copyright ownership of all images and recordings. The Participant waives any right to inspect or approve the final product and any claims for compensation, royalties, or damages related to the use of their likeness.
Release of Liability The Participant releases and discharges Bostock Images, its representatives, employees, and any third parties authorized by Bostock Images from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the use of their image or likeness, including any claims of defamation or violation of privacy rights.
Duration of Consent This consent is perpetual and irrevocable, unless explicitly revoked in writing by the Participant. Such revocation will not affect any prior use of the Participant’s image before the notice was received and acknowledged by Bostock Images.
Minors If the Participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf, confirming consent and acceptance of these terms.
